Colorful and Aromatic bylanes of Punjab - The Patiala Kkitchen, Noida Sector 18

The Patiala Kkitchen will transport you to a colorful and aromatic bylanes of Punjab. There is no spot here that is left blank. Spread across two floors with attractive hues, a huge seating space and prompt staff.

The ambience is quite quirky with painted glazed plates on the walls that has Punjabi culture. The walls are painted depicting the rural life of Punjab. Its a bit too colorful overall.

The menu covers both Indian and Chinese cuisine. Have Desi Indian Food when at Patiala Kkitchen and you wont regret it.

For starters you can start by ordering Paneer Tikka (infused with subtle spices and herbs is a dish that is favorite of every Indian and you cannot go wrong by ordering it) Chicken Malai Tikka and Tandoori Soya Chaap Tikka. Though I am not much of a fan of Soya, yet this was very creamy and had a smoky flavor.

As for the main course we had Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian Thaali's. Though the food was of our choice. The Vegetarian Thaali consisted of Dhaba waali Dal (lentils - chana andurad cooked in authentic dhaba style) and Pindi Choley (chick peas infused with spices, ajwain and kasoori methi) ; while the Non vegetarian thaali consisted of  Patiala Shahi Murg Makhani (Tandoor grilled, simmered in tomato gravy, rich in cashew and sprinkled fenugreek) and Murg Lababdaar.

We enjoyed our food with Indian Breads and Uff Uff Chicken Tikka Rice (more like a Biryani). Chicken tikka mixed in flavored rice. It was a recommendation made by the Head chef and was bit spicy. I might go back someday to enjoy their Uff Uff Chicken Tikka Rice again.

The service was good and the manager was available throughout our dining experience to make sure we get every detail and as expected.
