Unique Culinaire

17 Ajit Arcade, Kailash Colony, New Delhi

Shabby little road side Dhaba is the first impression you get when you see Culinaire and maybe you will ignore and keep driving on the main road. Do not do this.

Forget your candlelight dinners for one day and sit on the plastic chairs out in the open. They are more than happy to accommodate more and more people and take out their stash of chairs and tables. As for the food, you have a choice of Thai and Chinese.

The great thing about this place is that it's not classified by age. You will see families dining, college kids, office crowd during their lunch breaks and towards the evenings mostly people from PG's and Take away orders.

The only downside is that they don't serve alcohol but they keep adding new ranges of mocktail. Well, I too have been driving by this little outlet. Then a friend suggested to try Culinaire and surprisingly I have not stopped ordering food ever since. At times there are debates whether to order Thai or Chinese.

Food Talk -

Home delivery takes exactly 35 minutes max. Packing of the food is very apt. Three people can indulge in one dish. Good quantity and very good in taste plus its pocket friendly.

Lemon Coriander Soup
Vegetable Hakka Noddle

Raw Papaya Salad, Fried Rice, Vegetables in Schezwan Sauce

I am very particular about Soup and Salad. The order included Lemon Coriander Soup, Raw Papaya Salad, Vegetable Hakka Noodles, Fried Rice, Vegetables tossed in Schezwan Sauce.
Perfect in taste and quantity. (As you can see in the images above).

Try the Fresh Lime Soda while waiting for your food, its good. I have to go back to try their Frozen Yoghurt. So I have heard. Spice followed by ice? What could be better, right?

The prices are reasonable. Possibly the best place for Take away Chinese / Thai Food in South Delhi.

Top selling dishes / snacks - Chili Chicken, Chicken Satay , Crispy Fried Baby-corn, Basil Chicken, Thai Curries, Tom Kha Soup.

Tip - While ordering Thai, do not forget to ask for their Crushed Crispy Garlic. It will make your dish 10 times tastier.

Most take away places just spice up their dishes. They compromise on the flavor. Culinaire does not compromise on their flavor. If you are not satisfied with the spice, they have a Sweet Chilli Sauce on their tables. They make sure they deliver the sweet chilli sauce when food is ordered at home. The peanut sauce is yum as well.

Once every month, we make sure to order food from Culinaire. It has become a favorite and a mecca for food. Only a religious foodie would understand. No MSG used. Chinese / Thai food style dhaba, where else would you find it?

Cost for two people Rs. 1100 (approx)
