A Crave Buster for Indian Food - Patiala Tigers

The most loved European Bistro, Zu Tisch is now shut. I know we are all going to miss those Karoke Nights and German Sausages. It was a good hub for meetings and hanging out with friends. We are all going to miss it.. But look on the brighter side, there's one thing to be happy about.

After a huge success at 'The Palate Fest' this year, this new venture is a crave buster for Indian food offering delicious grilled meat. Its called "Patiala Tigers" and is run by the same team that brought Fat Lulu's to the city. We gorged on Talli Chicken infused with garlic, butter and rum based sauce at the Palate Fest and could not wait for them to open their outlet close by.

Patiala Tigers is a unit of House of Tigers and focuses on Home Delivery.

Thick and sturdy brown boxes are packed daily for delivery. They make sure that food is delivered intact and hygiene is maintained.

The menu is extensive and has a good variety for all meat lovers. I just could not wait to try Talli Chicken drumsticks again *winks*

Not to miss is their Baga Beach masala fried calamari Fish, packed with Kasundi tarter sauce. Its deep fried and in shape of onion rings, except there's no onion inside and only fish. A good start to the meal. It has become my second favorite dish, after Talli Chicken.

We also ordered Chicken Tikka Masala Naanza (Naan based pizza) also known as CTM on the menu. Its loaded with Mozzarella, Jalapenos and thai red chilli. Creatively shaped like a leaf.

The jalapeno cheese poppers did not turn up as expected. It was very dry. Though they serve it with Chili honey dip which goes well and enhances the taste. Paneer Tikka, Chicken Tikka are not to be missed!

A good meal cannot be done without Dal Makhani, Butter Chicken, Biryani and Breads. That is exactly what we ordered and loved the authentic flavors of Dal Makhani. Without Dal and Bread, dinner is never complete. Their Makhani Dal is very light and is a must try.

No meal is complete without Desserts. So we had also ordered for their signature Ronnie's Sizzling Brownie Cigars and Cutting Chai Rasogulla Mousse. Brownie Cigars were the best. If you happen to visit the outlet, make sure you order these Cigars and take some for home too. Because you will regret not ordering more.
