Hudba is a low lit restaurant with decent seating capacity which includes indoor with comfy couches to sink into, high-chairs and an outdoor balcony to enjoy during monsoon / winters. The name comes from Czech which means - music and the outlet legitimizes it completely. Every Sunday, you can catch Ankit Pandey, singing soulful Sufi music. He makes the evening just perfect.

They offer a dazzling menu with a variety of dishes from Continental, North Indian and Chinese. The bar is one thing you cannot ignore. They offer amazing LIIT's, Sangria's and cocktails that will keep you buzzed. My favorites were -- Cuban Punch - blend of white rum and Dream House - blend of white rum and red wine.

Left - Cuban Punch and Right - Dream House

What are the best things to have here?

Amiably priced to suit everyone's budget, the best things to gorge on are :--

Kolhapuri Chicken Tikka -- Marinated and then cooked with Kolhapuri masala made it an instant winner. Very aromatic, bold, spicy and dominant flavors of Kaddi patta enhanced it. Its a "give me more" kind of dish.
Marwadi Papad Paneer -- For the Vegetarians, if you like your finger foods to be crunchy yet soft from the inside, your search ends here. Paneer is dipped in flour batter, coated with crushed papads and deep fried to golden hue. The marwari paneer papad assures you 100 percent excitement. Its sure to amaze everybody.

As for the mains, we went for finest chef's special -- Dal Makhani and Mutton Korma with rice and assorted breads. Hudba offers one of the best Dal Makhani. Its smooth velvety texture and lovely flavor is a delicacy. I am sure to go back again and order food online to enjoy their Dal. On the other hand, Mutton Korma is a royal dish of the Mughals. The dish is cooked traditionally and the preserved spices makes the dish delectable and finger lickin' awesome. Pour some chunks of korma with gravy on your rice and enjoy the soulful music around.

Towards the end, we loved their Cheesecake Jar. Crumbled chocolate at the bottom with a good thick layer of sweetened creamy cheese on the top. Believe it or not, I did not share this jar with anyone.
